Turning a review into a shareable card

A quote card takes one review — a sentence someone already sent you — and turns it into an image worth posting. Square works for Instagram, wide for a blog post or a tweet, tall (1080×1350, a 4:5 ratio) for a vertical post. Pick a background, padding, a shadow, and a star rating if there was one, and export as a PNG.

It doesn't collect reviews for you

There's no scraping, no widget, no form sitting somewhere collecting submissions. Doing any of that needs a server, and a server is what breaks: it goes down, it goes slow, support tickets sit unanswered. This tool has no server at all. It takes one review you already received and turns it into an image — nothing more. What you type is drawn locally and stays in this browser; it isn't sent anywhere.

Three rules for copying it in

Don't change what it says. Fixing a typo or spacing is fine. Turning "good" into "genuinely incredible," or quietly dropping the one critical line, isn't editing a review anymore — it's writing ad copy.

Say who said it. A line like "J. Kim · using it for 3 months" tells the reader this actually came from someone. A quote with no attribution reads as made up, however true it is.

Only show stars that were actually given. If the review came with no star rating, don't fill in five stars on the card to make it look more complete. Leave stars off for a review that didn't have any.

Don't fabricate or lift someone else's review

Every card made with this tool needs to trace back to a review you actually received. It's not a template for pulling in reviews from another site, and it's not for writing a plausible-sounding one from scratch.
